We calculate delivery based on an Estimated Delivery Time (EDT), which is the combination of production and shipping time.

On average, production (making the product(s) you ordered) takes 2-5 business days. Most products then carry a 3-5 business day shipping time.

Therefore, on average, products are delivered within 5-10 business days from when they're ordered. Keep in mind that this is an estimate, and not a guarantee.

Shipping with us is free, on any order, with no minimums.

We accept Via, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Yes, we are legally required to collect sales tax on every order. At this time, we do not charge VAT or any other customs charges, as we do not sell outside of the US (for now).

Tax will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

As of July 1, 2022, the State of Colorado requires all delivery from retailers to be charged a retail delivery fee. This fee is charged similar to sales tax, and will apply to any order being shipped to the state.

This fee may be grouped into "Sales Tax", "Tax", "Estimated Tax" or show as a separate line item on your order receipt.

If you entered a debit or credit card incorrectly during checkout, the system should automatically detect it. If it doesn't, and the order is still placed, you'll be notified of any issues we detect before your order ships.

If you've simply used a card you didn't mean to (like the vacation-fund - ouch!), unfortunately, we are not able to charge a separate one for you.

Shopping is easy, and like any other site. Find a product you love, then select Add to Cart. You can checkout with one product, or multiple, in a single transaction.

In the top-right, select the Basket (a little shopping bag), and follow the prompts to enter your information.

Sorry, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited or cancelled.

Be sure to check all of your information prior to submitting an order.

Yikes! If something about your order appears damaged, or isn't the item(s) you ordered, please reach out to us at returns@allusionink.com, or chat with us by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom-right of the screen, and we'll take a look with you (include photos and your order ID to help us).

You must notify us within 14 days from the delivery date.

If it's determined it was damaged in transit, we'll replace the order for you for free.

You must notify us within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.

There are some limitations here. Since all of our products are made-to-order, all sales are final and products are non-refundable or returnable.

However, if the product itself appears like something is wrong (like the image isn't what you expect, or the colors aren't right), shoot us an email at returns@allusionink.com, or chat with us by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom-right of the screen, and we'll take a look with you to see what we can do.

Hey, we get it. Sometimes we just do things and think about it later.

If an order is returned to us without prior notice, we will take one of the following actions, as applicable:

A) Reship the product(s) to the same or an alternative address upon the customer’s request and expense,

B) Donate the item to charity if no reshipment request is made within the required timeline, or

C) Return the package to the sender if it was not originally addressed to us.

Refunds will not automatically be issued in this instance, and all requests or concerns must be directed to returns@allusionink.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

In short, please do not return an item without speaking to us first.
