Refund policy
At Allusion Ink, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. However, due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, the following terms apply:
All sales are final, and products cannot be returned or refunded once an order is placed. Be sure to review your order carefully before submitting, as changes or cancellations cannot be made once the order is finalized. We do not accept returns or size/color exchanges.
If your order contains an error or defect, such as print quality issues or incorrect items, you may request a replacement or refund. Contact us at returns@allusionink.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to submit your claim. Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returning the item, if required, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
If an order is returned due to carrier error, Allusion Ink will offer to reship the order. Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 14 days after the expected delivery timeframe.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Free shipping is only applicable to the initial order. Reshipments or replacements may require the customer to pay for shipping unless the issue is determined to be a result of an error on our part.
Due to the custom production process, slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur. These are considered normal and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you qualify for tax exemption, proper documentation must be provided before placing the order. Refunds for sales tax cannot be issued after the order is completed. For assistance, contact exemption@allusionink.com.
Refunds approved under this policy may take up to 30 days to process, depending on the customer’s financial institution. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
If an order is returned to us without prior notice, we will take one of the following actions, as applicable: a) reship the product(s) to the same or an alternative address upon the customer’s request and expense, b) donate the item to charity if no reshipment request is made within the required timeline, or c) return the package to the sender if it was not originally addressed to us.
Refunds will not automatically be issued in this instance, and all requests or concerns must be directed to returns@allusionink.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. In short, please do not return an item without speaking to us first.
This return policy is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado. Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with Colorado law in the appropriate state courts.
